Terms - General

1. Delivery is free within a 5 mile radius of Redditch (£1.20 per mile thereafter up to a limit of 20 miles).
2. Advance bookings are essential.
3. Platters will be collected the following day. We try and be as environmentally friendly as possible and reuse plastic platters.
4. All food must be consumed within 2 hours of delivery and then any remainders after this time thrown away. Alternatively, the food can be refrigerated at 4 degrees Celsius and consumed later at your own risk.
5. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking and the final balance to be settled 7 days before the event
6. ALLERGIES
   Some of our menu items contain Allergens. These include, Gluten, Nuts, Milk, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Soya, Celery, Mustard, Sulphites, Sesame and Lupin

Terms - Vintage Hire

1. Hire period 3 days total, collect one day before event and return one day after event.
2. Breakage deposit is required and refundable on return of undamaged items (deposit dependent on amount of china hired).
3. Breakage deposit payable on collection/delivery of china.
4. Delivery free within a 5 mile radius, mileage charge at £1 per mile above 5 miles. Delivery only available when booked alongside catering.
5. Hire only requires collection and return. Items to be hand washed in warm soapy water (not dishwashed) & packaged in wrap/boxes provided prior to return.
6. Replacement charges: £3.50 per cup, saucer, side plate, milk jug & sugar bowl, Teapot : £20, Cake stand : £20, large plate £2.50
